The Cottages
Our spacious and charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottages with den include a fully applianced kitchen, gas fireplace, patio, driveway, attached 1- or 2- car garage, and a backup generator. Lush lawns and private gardens surround each of Ávila’s cottages, giving residents a neighborhood feel without the time-consuming maintenance.
The Main Building
Ávila’s upscale 1- and 2-bedroom, 1 and 2-bath apartment-style Main Building residences are situated in the center of Ávila’s wooded property. The Main Building is adjacent to Ávila’s Town Center, home to two dining rooms, our bistro, a billiards room, a fitness center, salon, meditation room, media room, arts & craft room, library, fitness center, and indoor pool.

The Lodge at Ávila
The Lodge at Ávila offers spacious 1- and 2-bedroom, 1- and 2- bath apartments with a variety of floor plans. All residences in The Lodge include a fully applianced kitchen, sunroom, and additional garage storage. The building reflects the region’s Adirondack-style architecture and showcases stunning views of the surrounding woodlands and landscaping. The Lodge is a few steps from the Main Building and includes tearoom dining, a courtyard and cookout area, a greenhouse, and an exercise room, all set among beautifully landscaped gardens.
