A. Not all entrance fees are the same. There are a variety of options available to suit your needs. We invite you to meet with our marketing counselors to review the many flexible pricing options available to you.
Q. What if I have trouble selling my house?
A. The Capital Region has proven to be a stable area when it comes to home values. We have not experienced the huge growth or decline in values that has gripped the nation. However, we are not immune from current economic times so Ávila has taken steps to help you sell your house through our realtor referral programs. Free seminars and our vast access to market data help you make informed decisions to guide you through the sales process helping position your property for sale.
Q. Will prices increase?
A. The entrance fee you select will never increase unless you select a different entrance fee plan in the future. Monthly fees will increase over time just as living expenses do. Specific increases may vary based upon the circumstances at the time the annual budget is adopted by the board of directors.
Q. How do the costs of Ávila compare to other retirement communities?
A. Ávila is a remarkable value. Fees include just about every living expense you now pay, plus much more. Your assets, typically the equity in your home, are put to use for you so that Ávila may provide you the lowest feasible cost of living.
